His expertise is in Spacecraft structures, Electro-mechanical and precision mechanisms for on-board use on Spacecrafts

His area of expertise also spans across domains such as Reliability Engineering, Quality Assurance and design.

Additionally he is also well versed with in design of interconnection systems for aerospace applications. He is instrumental on laying the foundation of a effective and rugged Quality Management System and design & engineering of interconnection systems which has received approval form domestic and overseas customers.

N.Subba Narasimha : Design & Development

Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIE Mysore University, having experience of 25 years in design and development of electrical and electronic subsystems for defense applications.

Has served private defense R&D companies such as Tata Power, ASL Advanced systems .Successfully designed, developed, manufactured, commissioned & type approved 5 different ruggedised GPS systems for use in (Application) Indian Army & air force.

Additionally also headed the Strategic Electronics Division to provide EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) to defense sector.

Ramsanjiv : Operations

Mechanical Engineer from Bangalore University , having over 18 years of experience in Manufacturing Operation , Project Implementation , Sourcing and Supply Chain .

He has worked with various multinationals across India holding senior positions in different functions of plant operations. His expertise is in system development and ERP implementation.

P.Santhana Kumar : Sales & Marketing

The Sales function at SasMos is headed by P Santhana Kumar. Santhana is BE (Mechanical) from UVCE, Bangalore and also holds PGDM (Materials Management) from Indian Institute of Materials Management, Bangalore.

He has a total 20 years of experience in plant operations and project implementations. Santhana has worked with various MNCs in interconnection systems in senior management positions including an international stint of 4 years.
