Thus we devised a unique project management (PM) methodology.
OM takes care of all processes from customer RFQ to receipt of customer order and EM executes processes from product realization to delivery and final closure.
A dedicated Project Manager (PM) is the single point of contact to the customer and is responsible for:-
- Ensuring cross functional coordination
- Adherence to defined time lines within the given constraints
- Regular status updates to customer
